Job Description:

We are hiring a highly qualified and experienced Education Expert / Pedagogy Specialist to join our academic platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing teaching strategies, improving learning methods, and supporting teachers in delivering effective and modern education.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pedagogy, teaching methodologies, and educational psychology.

This is a fully remote position where the expert will work from home and collaborate with academic teams online.

Responsibilities:

Design and improve teaching methodologies (Pedagogical strategies).

Guide teachers on effective classroom and online teaching methods.

Develop curriculum and learning materials.

Create Video Lectures (knowledge of video editing).

Improve student learning outcomes through modern education techniques.

Conduct training sessions for teachers (if required).

Analyze student performance and suggest improvements.

Support academic planning and educational development.

Ensure quality education standards across all programs.

Conduct Mock tests and Evaluate it.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Minimum 16 years or Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed / MA Education)

MPhil / PhD in Education or related field will be highly preferred

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Pedagogy (Teaching Methods & Strategies).

Understanding of educational psychology and learning theories.

Ability to design effective lesson plans and curriculum.

Strong communication and training skills.

Analytical thinking for improving learning outcomes.

Experience in online education platforms will be an advantage.

Ability to work with teachers and academic teams.

Create Video Lectures (knowledge of video editing).

Experience:

2–5 years experience in teaching or educational development preferred

Experience in curriculum design or teacher training will be highly preferred

Fresh but highly qualified candidates (MPhil/PhD Education) may also apply

Salary:

Monthly Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 150,000

Final salary will depend on qualification, experience, and interview performance

Age Limit:

Minimum: 22 years

Maximum: 50 years
