Job Description:

We are hiring a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office tasks at our Head Office. The selected candidate will assist in managing office operations, documentation, file handling, and basic computer work.

This is a full-time office-based position requiring presence at the Head Office.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office tasks and operations

Handle files, records, and documentation

Assist senior staff in administrative work

Data entry and basic computer work

Maintain office cleanliness and organization (if required)

Coordinate with staff and departments

Handle phone calls, emails, and basic communication

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Fresh graduates can also apply

Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel)

Good typing speed (preferred)

Good communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Honest, responsible, and punctual behavior

Experience:

Fresh candidates can apply

1 year experience in office work will be preferred

Salary:

Monthly Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 90,000

Salary will be decided based on skills, experience, and interview performance

Age Limit:

Minimum: 18 years

Maximum: 45 years
